Grassy Head Holiday Park is hidden amongst lush coastal forests and pristine golden beaches. The Grassy Head area is one of the unspoilt gems of the Mid North Coast. The abundance of fish and birdlife combined with the beautiful bushland surrounds is a delight for nature lovers.

Grassy Head Holiday Park is nestled under a canopy of shady trees just 200 metres from the unspoiled beach, rainforest and river. On offer are tranquil recreational activities such as rainforest, beach and river walks, rock and beach fishing as well as some great places to swim or surf.

A popular walk is the easy River Walk which follows the riverbank from Grassy Head to Stuarts Point which takes anything from thirty-five minutes to over one hour depending on your walking speed. Yarrahapinni Lookout offers fantastic views and is just a short drive away with The Pines picnic area located on route. Here you can escape from the pressures of the world - relax, unwind and immerse yourself in the serene beauty of this very special place.

Modern Facilities

Grassy Head Holiday Park has nearly 100 powered and unpowered sites, all with access to town water and septic toilets. For campers there are established outside sinks, with convenient access to public phone and coin operated facilities. A playground is located in the reserve opposite Grassy Head Holiday Park for the children to enjoy. The small kiosk sells gas, ice, ice-cream, milk, bread, soft drink, coffee, pies and souvenirs.

There are an abundance of delightful picnic spots in the area that can be explored and enjoyed by the whole family.

Comfortable Cabins

The two cabins are fully equipped with lovely living areas, a main room that includes a double bed and a separate room that consists of handy bunks.

Shower, toilet, colour TV, videos (by request) and a covered deck can all be found in this peaceful retreat. (Linen, pillows, bath towels and blankets are not provided). One of these cabins has also been fitted with special access facilities.
